Game Description

Warhammer 40000 Gladius - Relics of War is a tactical RTS designed for online battles on the Internet, allowing you to play as a pirate online with a friend or compete with other players. The Reinforcement, Lord of Sculls and Fortification addons are included for free. The online game Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War involves co-op and confrontation. Free online play features include team competition and alliances against common enemies.

Events take place on the planet Gladius Prime, which was annexed to the Imperium of Man. As a result of the catastrophe, the ancient tombs of the Necrons, which had been in stasis for more than 60 million years, awaken. At this moment, other races arrive with the goal of colonizing the continent. From this moment the main events of Warhammer 40,000 Gladius - Relics of War begin. There are 8 races to choose from: Imperial Guard - heroes Lord Commissar, Psyker Primaris and Tank Commander; Space Marines - Ultramarines Order, Librarian, Chaplain, etc.; Chaos Space Marines - Warp Smith, Daemon Prince, Master of Obsession etc.; Necrons - Cryptek, Lord Destroyer and others; Orcs - Warboss, Wyrdboy, Painboy; Tau Empire - Cadre Fireblade, Commander and Ethereal; Tyranids - Hive Fleet Kraken, Tervigon, Tyranid Prime, etc.; Eldar - Avatar, Autarch, Running Seer and Spiritseer.

Each side has its own unique abilities and technology tree. All factions are radically different, providing players with unique characters, individual types of buildings, equipment, units, etc. Each side has 3 classes of heroes who can enhance their skills with experience points awarded after completing quests. Victory is achieved in 2 ways: by killing all enemies and completing the story mission.

Maps are generated randomly, simulating one of the climate types: temperate, jungle, arctic, desert or volcanic. There are outposts at the locations - areas that allow you to strengthen buildings and units. There are no diplomacy mechanics at all, and trade is kept to a minimum. The main emphasis is on bloody battles and resolving conflicts using the language of force.
