The urban planning strategy will show you a country that is very similar to the Soviet Union. You accept it broken, plundered, ruined. There is absolutely no money in the treasury, and people have no opportunity to raise territories, plant crops, go to work, simply because there is no money even for food, but you understand that all this can be corrected.

You are at the helm of a country where there is practically nothing, so the first thing you have to do is deal with the economic component of Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic. Disassemble the production of goods and the extraction of resources into pieces, try to temporarily reduce the materials received in order to lead the country out of the crisis. After that, install your buildings with production workshops to deal with unemployment.

Build roads and make travel free while people get used to the new ruler. Try to plan routes so that people sleep more and travel less to work. When more than 70% of people are busy with work, try to organize an atmospheric holiday for them. Make entire areas where there will be cafes, restaurants, and playgrounds. They can be placed in residential areas, but the pollution will not be good for you.
